FlashFit-Home Workout

I have been following the course for a while and it is very convenient to use. It is suitable for people like me who don’t like exercise and have a lot of fat in my thighs, stomach and arms. Stretching every day is good for my health. Now half an hour of exercise a day is my limit. I hope I can continue to break through. I love it!
