You need to ask people about how they like a new update before you implement it give your customers a voice and choice. This new update is hard to read due to fonts size and you have some that are too dim I have to use a magnifying glass to read it Also you made this way too complicated for people that are just simply trying to get information on their accounts I had trouble called the bank and no one there could answer any question I asked about this you need to train your personnel before you implement it I had to learn how to use it by trial and error I then went to the bank and taught some of your people what I had learned they were still in the dark I was told that no training had ever been done for them on this This is not a good way to run a business Last comment think of your customers and the workers that serve them

Hey !!! It would be nice if we can see our deposits pending the day before payday like on all the other banking apps when we log on …this would be helpful instead of calling

The app has met my needs over time. I have seen improvements within the app and eager to see what’s next.
