Statement request through bank app
The banking experience is good but the fact that bank statements cannot be downloaded from the app is a problem.

Extremely poor connectivity
This app regularly goes off with no chance to login once your internet connection is not very strong. Meanwhile Ecobank mobile app and other apps work at the same time. Today 21st December 2021 I’ve been trying to login in order to authorize 3 payment batches relating to salary since we are going on Xmas break and guess what? The app won’t allow login. I called their helpline and they confirmed they are having some connection issues with MTN network. I tried Vodafone internet but no success.

Slow App
Hello. The app has become rather slow in recent times. It takes me more then 2 minutes after I have Done the facial recognition for the app to start. And when it comes to transactions. Goodness. It’s too slow. Please fix.
