Customer service

I love that you still carry one on one customer service. Not these automated machines every other bank is coming out with just to try and save a dollar. Only one thing if we can get a machine ( any where) so we can deposit money after hrs I get paid cash a lot but after hrs. Donโ€™t like carrying that money

Overdraft Fees

Bank is great for what it is, app as well, however the overdraft fees is ridiculous. If you go over 1 cent they charge you $30. If something gets automatically charged even when you are in the negative instead of stopping the transaction it goes through and then charges you again for another overdraft. This happened before and I was charged $99

Best bank ever, all the staff is super friendly know you on a first name basis, always smiling, super happy you opened in Carlsbad, will forever have my business, keep up the great work!!
