love the app but can you make it so orders placed after midnight don’t default to 10AM pickup? my store is open until 4AM and they never see the order until I get there.

I tried to place an order for the hook and ladder sub using the promo code Canadawins for a discount of $5.99 the day after a Canadian NHL team won. When I put in my credit card info the app kept telling I had the wrong information. I checked three times and it was not wrong. My husband had ordered one on his app and it went through right away. This was the first time I was ordering from the app. I called the store and told them my problem on our way to pick up my husband’s sub. They said they couldn’t give me the sub for $7 and I should try again later. Others had complained about the app too and maybe it would work better later. I ended up just ordering it full price $12.99. It wasn’t my fault the app wouldn’t take my card. I won’t be using the app ordering again!

Most offers don't work and the only help available is a script of multiple choice answers. EG Free Sub welcome gift, you must have something in the cart BEFORE you select a sub. Do it sub first and it does not work. Poor programming.
