Fine Fettle

The app has become more and more user-friendly as time has passed. I can only speak for my local dispo in Rowley, but the place is awesome. Fantastically, friendly, fantastic prices, and all around great experience every single time. I give this place so much word-of-mouth advertising, and they deserve every bit of it. The only negative I’ll add is the app update that added the back/refresh/forward button smack in the middle if the screen was a bad idea, get rid of that stupid thing it’s right in front of all the search results, should have been thought through further before implementation.

Let me start by saying their team is phenomenal, they know their product and aren’t pushy. The location is superb on Memorial and the inside is nice. My only gripe is that there are certain things in store that isn’t online and/or on the app so you have to order inside versus it being on app and doing a quick pick up. But still best dispensary ever hands down.

If someone is a platinum member how do they earn points? If i spend 160 dollars how many points do i earn as a platinum member? This is point system changed and now it makes no sense. I hate the fact that you can’t use compassionate care and use the points you earned defeating the purpose of having compassion for people that are lower income with such high prices. We were all promised before rec came along price and products wouldn’t change it was a complete lie everything changed prices went up and now almost unaffordable and product quality and quantity went down to the lowest it can get so sad when the medical patients are the ones that have been here from day one and we’re just cast away to the side. Shame on CT for letting this happen complete embarrassment.
