Please update the app and fix bugs, I like the app so much I use it a lot for good videos and edits on pictures but, it won’t never let me finish editing when it comes to exporting videos and whenever I try to edit or sort out the pictures in a video the theme volume goes back to 100% and stays there no matter what I try to do to turn the volume of it down. Please fix the app. Don’t make me have to cancel the subscription and delete.

I love some of themes but it’s difficult to add songs from my music. I will purchase the songs from iTunes, saved it on the phone and unable to find the songs while uploaded from the app. Now I’m having another big issue, I was working on a file for my niece graduation tomorrow. I made all the photos arrangements and choose a theme. I saved the draft so I can add the music today. Now I’m getting an error “This draft is damaged, you can’t edit currently” It’s a lot of work and not enough time to redo everything but I don’t know what to edit. I restarted my phone if I delete the app and reinstall I will loose the draft I don’t know why I cannot retrieve this draft to finalize the slide show. Meanwhile all the past drafts I’ve work on I’m able to edit. Can someone help me May direct me to what I need to do?

I spent the day recording a video and all of my footage is inverted. The lettering is all backward. There is no option of fixing this within the software. My entire project is useless. Even uploading the footage to another program in order to invert it causes problems because, after I’ve inverted my video, I can’t save it with the correct original file extension.
