An assessor came to the house after a few weeks of utilising this exceptional service. She picked that the lounger device is sitting incorrectly and it’s not used to its full capacity. As a result it needs to be moved. We both suggested that it gets moved to the position of my choice where it will work properly. I called in to get it moved. Till today I am still waiting. However the service is exceptional as I said, but I still need that device moved.

While the app functions fine for basic arming/disarming, and receiving and viewing alarms, it lacks some expected functionality such as programming and seeing live open/close contacts. If your existing alarm supports the app then great. If you're considering installing this as a new installation, just be sure to understand the limitations up front.

Love the ability to arm, disarm and bypass remotely and easily, plus the alerts on my phone if alarm gets activated. Good, simple, and effective app, that was the decider for me when choosing a security provider for my home. The missing 5th star is for an occasional bug where sometimes if I exit out from bypassing zones in the partition too quickly, it blanks out with completely white screen, and needs me to shut down and restart the app so I can complete the bypass and arm. If there was a 4,5 out of 5 option I would choose that instead of 4, because the overall experience is excellent.
