FastVPN: Secure & Private

The app is using VPN from Namecheap company. I signed up for their promotion for the first time, and I used it for 2 days only but then they blocked it. I wasn’t aware of it, and when I realized it, they send me a list of documents I need to provide for their verification purposes. Passport, driver license a selfie, and bank account proof of holding. I’m surprised they didn’t asked for SSN. After I provided my data, they just took away my promo subscription like I was a current client. So I was never able to use their platform with first time I user subscription. They also emailed and said there is nothing they can do about. TERIBLE customer service, very unprofessional. Do not sign up with them!

Google doesn’t function with this VPN. Eventually it doesn’t function with other websites or THE internet. Permanently set to auto renew. I am having to cancel the card to escape the same type of grift a vpn is meant to protect me from. Also, transferring my domains away from NameCheap who I previously trusted with years of auto renew business. “An error occurred! Your VPN May have been blocked by your internet provider. Please (endlessly) restart the app..”

The app often makes me re-authenticate upon launch. It also crashes when I try to connect on occasion. The VPN itself is fine, but the app can be very annoying to use. EDIT: Thanks for the fix!
