FlowVPN: Fast Secure VPN

I used it for 3 months while I was working in China and payed month to month service, never signed up for autopay, and once I came back to Europe and stopped using it I stopped paying for it,and double checked before deleting the app that the autopay is not on...and it wasn’t since I never signed up for it. I deleted the app and year after I realized I’ve been charged on my account every month for a full year for their service since I somehow “signed up” for autopay...I contacted customer service and they responded they will refund just last 3 months since they see I was signed up for autopay...I explained that I never signed up for autopay and that they can see in their system that I haven’t been using the app for a full year and that it was deleted and they never responded to me. This is such a shame to receive this kind of treatment and realize how shameless these companies are in filling their pockets by scamming people.

There have been many VPNs that I have tried, many of which who claim to offer free services, only to prompt the user shortly after downloading the app. to login in order to purchase an expensive subscription. I don't like paying for apps that haven't earned my trust. Trust has to be earned! Requiring users to create a login I. D., and enter their personal contact information before they have become acquainted with the app., is like giving your car keys to a complete stranger...with your house keys attached. Many times, companies that charge a fee for their apps. also sell our personal contact information for an additional profit. This is also the reason I now omit my home address, and prior Company names from my resume (I don't have their home address.) They want your personal information before they earn it by offering you an interview. These companies are becoming overly arrogant and disrespectful, especially since foreigners began bilking Americans. Thank you so much for this opportunity to try out the app. for free. Not only is it easy to use, and is fast, though it offers options to subscribe, IT DOES NOT DEMAND FOR USERS TO CREATE A LOGIN ACCOUNT. Whenever an application require for me to create a user account before I have used the app., I delete the app. immediately. I am sick and tired of all these companies demanding OUR personal information. Suppose I don't like the app. enough to be a repeat customer? Great job! Do something well and the money will follow! Keep up the good work...

Usually it Manages to connect in China. I am not Chinese and do not buy from Chinese App Store. However I am now receiving warning that the software has been removed from Chinese App Store. It is probably unwise to use any VPN with a cellular connection in China unless you want your phone disconnected. But VPNs are also a must to connect to basic services like Facebook and sometimes even banks and very non political sites outside of China. Fewer and fewer VPNs work now in that country, and sometimes this VPN struggles to make a connection. In terms of speed it is one of the best.
