I wanted to like this app, I was an ad for it and reached out to see if they were available on NYC. They told me they were, I then asked if they had any promo codes for new users and they said no, there was one wildly available on their social media, first red flag. I then downloaded the app and tried to use it, but it gave me an error message saying no drivers around. So I figured I’d try the next day, same issue, so I reached out to support and they said not was a known issue and they were working on it. Sure new company no problem. A few days later the issue was still there, I had reached out to their support but they are close to zero help. After a week of it never working I reached out again, frustrated and they told me they turned off the service in NYC. Clearly they lied to me to get me to download the app, add to their user base and give them my credit card info. TLDR: company lies about where the app work just to get you to download it, terrible customer support, would not recommend anyone use.

So happy to have an alternative to Uber and Lyft. The interface is clean and easy to work. I am so excited to see you guys start servicing more areas. I love knowing that i’m supporting us directly, and helping the environment at the same time!! My one suggestion: Make a “pay it forward” option to help cover emergency rides to shelters/medical facilities for those at risk. Awesome job guys. Your community applauds you.
