I switched our football league over to FanTrax when our previous carrier stopped offering football services. They recommended that we look at FanTrax services. They didn’t offer every stat option that we were used to, but it was otherwise easy to adapt. Most importantly, league members enjoy the offerings and ease of operation. As commissioner, I echo their sentiments. There is a learning curve, but little by little, I have gotten more comfortable. As a result, I elected to move three Baseball leagues from CBS to FanTrax. We received an intriguing offer that was a no brainer. There were many similarities in functionality, so the transition wasn’t difficult. One of the biggest disappointments with CBS was always their slow response to inquiries when I had issues to be resolved. It could take 4-5 attempts before I would get a response. I can’t say it has been perfect with FanTrax. Some representatives are definitely more attentive than others. But service is still worlds better than CBS. I do understand that there are times that I’m not alone with my inquiries. We’re all set to go for the 2025 Baseball season, and looking forward to the fun. If you’re looking to make a change, give FanTrax a serious look. I feel confident in saying you won’t be disappointed.

I started using Fantrax in 2017. By 2018 I had moved all of my managed leagues to their platform and never looked back. In the early days, the owner/creator/developer would actually call me to discuss the questions I left via voicemail. Can’t tell you how awesome that was. Wish I still had that connection. Having said that, as the company grew and their support team did as well, the response to my questions and requests are always answered in 24 hours. Best support out there. I love the ability to setup free and paid leagues based on the options I select when creating or evolving my leagues. The best features in the industry. Not to mention the ability to control the notifications I get. Thank you Fantrax for making my life as a fantasy commissioner and player so easy.

I chose to begin running a Fantasy Hockey League and did some research and looked like Fantrax had the most options for league customizability, which is just what I was looking for. As a commissioner, I love it! I can make whatever I want to happen, well… happen. Also, particularly have had a great expierence with their customer support. They get back to me quickly and have been able to fix or help me fix anything I need. And I don’t have to call them (which I hate), I can just email them. (Shout out Nathan) The main issue I’ve been running into is as a league participant. Changing players and trades and dropping and adding players is such a hassle. I like to adjust lineups in advance, but DO NOT do this on Fantrax. If you want to drop someone, you will have to go and adjust every single line-up you’ve done where that dropped player is active. It’s overly time consuming. I believe this can be fixed with a premium league and you can be allowed to make moves that make your team illegal (which you then fix), but for free leagues, it’s pretty annoying.
