Fan Smart Sync

Hallelujah all of a sudden it started working again. The app doesn’t crash and all my fans are functioning. Did you get my message and update the software? Honestly, (updated see above) this was a great app until I bought a iPhone 14 Pro Max now all the other phones work and mine does not. I sent a message to the developer and received nothing in return. It seems to me like this is a glitch in the software when the unit tries to connect to the phone I have three fans that have modules inside one that the remote failed on and I can only use the app to change so I had to use an old phone as a dedicated fan, remote PS it is an SX max and by the way, it is also running something is up with the iPhone 14 promax scaffolding in this app. Would you mind replying and telling me you’re doing something about it? I would love to give you guys a five star review but unfortunately I cannot. Please help!!!

The wall control works perfectly with the fan. The app works even better. Problem is that the app will lose connection with the fan and become useless. The only way to fix it is to kill the power to the fan and rediscover it when powering it back on. This means going downstairs, outside and flipping the breaker off, wait a minute and then back on. That isn’t all that bad but I have other devices on that same circuit, one being my cable. Now my fan works but I have to wait for my cable box to reboot along with other devices. Not the end of the world but inconvenient enough to give a one star rating. The only good thing is the handheld remote still works so I tend to use that on a regular basis. So the product gets a thumbs up from me but the app...more trouble than its worth.
