FairyNest

Recently bought these for use at my church. I had a different brand of controller that was pretty limited in its dynamic modes. I’ve had the previous strips and controller for about two years now I think. But man, this controller has WAY better features. In fact, they are features I recommended to the other developers which they told me were in progress but never pushed to the app. I gave it four stars because I can only group my strips via the Google Home app, but I can’t control the dynamic functions of my pixels through GH. If you add grouping for my strips in the fairy nest app, I will come back and change my review to 5 stars. Please add that feature! I dropped a star recently because I haven’t heard back about the grouping feature. Still a great program, but grouping would make it almost perfect to me.

This is the worst product and app ever. The app won’t send a text message even if you put in your information. Once you have signed up and need to sign back in the app crashes every time. Once you can finally add a device the quick start will not move past step one, and if you use manual set up a hotspot will not be created. In the end, I was not able to add my lights. The customer service is awful! They only have one answer for their product and it is the directions. IF THE DIRECTIONS AND PRODUCT WORKED THEN J WOULDN’T NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE. If this product actually works for you then you are the luckiest person, because this product is an embarrassment for the company.

These are good lights work and functions great! But... the sad news was when I brought these lights I got the ones that my phone is the controller but one night when I went to turn on my lights they weren’t there it said “0 lights” but when I tried to connect them back to my phone I put in my WiFi password over again to see if my WiFi was the problem but it wasn’t that I did everything the instructions book told me but nothing said this might happen. I was in the last step but it keeps saying “lights cannot connect” which I don’t under stand I even tried both methods but they just keep turning me off, it’s almost like everything in the app right now just almost stopped working everything I clicked on says it can’t do that I even signed out of my account and tried to sign back in and now it won’t let me... I have my password to my FairyNest account but it says “Failed to sign in”... I need help...
