This site is great as I have no issues with the website logins but when logging in to the app, I do have several errors and can not use the app to login. I do hope it gets fixed soon as this is an amazing bookmaker

They sent me a promotion, I took part. After the bet settled I priced I didn’t receive my free bet when they stated I would, so I got in touch. This is where the problem started you can only get in touch via email (usually a sign that the site isn’t legit) I sent multiple emails for over a week. I received a reply on the initial email stating that the free will be credited 24 hours after the settling bet. I immediately replied letting them know 24 hours had already past, from here on out I was completely ignored. And I guess after receiving several emails from me they got annoyed and decided to respond now saying my account is not eligible for promotions (I was never at any point made aware of this) and to add insult to injury I am now £20 down after taking part in their so called ‘promotion’.

I’m not usually one to write a review, but my honest experience with Fafabet has been poor. I’ve made 3 separate deposits over 3 different days of which all 3 I’ve had to chase via email to have added to my account. Some of these took 20 hours to add. “Technical fault”. The email responses are anywhere between 1 hour to 18 hours to reply. When you’re constantly chasing it’s a drain and seems wrong. Bets are settled very quickly, and money seems to be in my bank on the same day as I withdraw which is a positive. A lot of the in play betting (tennis) really isn’t fit for purpose. You couldn’t bet on a game winner if you wanted. I’ll be waiting for my deposit to show in my account and be withdrawing and closing this account down today. Really not seeing the 5 star reviews....
