FaciliKey Mobile

I have Facilikey installed at my facility with it being both connected through WiFi along with Cellular as a backup incase of failure or service disruption. My members have stated it’s easy to use, it’s extremely reliable with the systems in place along with the integrated ability to be on iOS and Android service providers. If I ever have an issue I am able to have it resolved within the same day if not my one time issue due to internet the cellular unit was next day shipped and immediately fixed my issue. The pricing is extremely convenient and I’ve had no issues using the auto draft feature.

App has a few bugs, service is very spotty. The support team has very poor work ethic. There have been multiple times when I start an email thread and they fail to respond to my request. This forces me to submit another request for the same task. This has happened 3 times now and it beginning to get irritating.
