The application is not working properly. It is not showing the requests and status. In addition, when you try to place maintenance request it work fine until the last step then it won’t allow you to move forward, therefore you can’t place request. I have been complaining about this app for more than two years and no body care. I suggest to delete it and use the calling method in which you will Waite for more than 18 minutes. !!!!!! Great service by extra, twice my product have been changed and i got new product, thanks extra Strong suggest to take extra guard when u buy product from extra

i just so disappointed with there service i bought an apple device and after receiving message I went to pick up my item but unfortunately, my device was still not fix and need to come back another day after that my item was fixed but having additional scratches and there manager was rude by tone of voice while explaining that i acknowledged that before yes there is but not to the extend after i received it hence, will never buy again with them jarir customer service is way far better than them
