Expansive Workspace

The Expansive client app is one of my favorite perks about my office. I love being able to book meeting rooms from my phone and the app makes it super simple to do. It’s also a great way to know what’s going on in my building too. The managers post not only about important updates such as fire drills or building closures, but also about fun events going on all the time! It’s even a great tool for answering questions without having to find the community manager. WiFi instructions, FAQs about the building or spaces within the building, etc… all of it being at my fingertips without having to do extensive search for an answer is a great bonus!

The Expansive mobile app has truly impressed me with its clean, easy-to-use design. Navigating through the app is intuitive, making it simple to find what you need without any hassle. The overall look and feel are sleek and modern, which adds to the user experience. One of the standout features is the in-app notifications for deals and promotions—something that wasn't available before and is a great new addition. It keeps users informed and engaged, without being overwhelming. Overall, this app is a great companion for anyone using Expansive's services!

The entire flow requires waiting for community manager approval. Unfortunately the app just says “waiting for approval” with no ability to manually refresh or sign out. Had to delete the app and data and sign in again to have it load. The WiFi access code screen spins forever when accepting the terms, so getting wifi access is also buggy. The UI is nice and community portal. Haven’t used any of the features yet due to bugs above but hopefully soon.
