I booked a full-day reservation for a location in Falls Church, VA on a Saturday. When I arrived, I found a locked door with no instructions on how to gain access to the space. I called the support numbers for LiquidSpace and the company operating the coworking space, but both calls just went to voicemail. To their credit, LiquidSpace did work with the owner of the coworking space for a refund on the next business day.

Giving this was my first experience with this type of app, it’s still proved very welcoming all features were intuitive and logically sequenced, also progressing through various steps leading to The apps key elements (choosing the facility, ID a particular suite or shared area, easily accessible cost info - rate per hour, etc.) Definitely a good app.

Tried using their service. I need a lease. Their marketing emails explicitly say that I need to sign up for monthly LEASES to get discounts etc. I sign up for this LEASE. Do the stuff online, do the DASH license. Pay $880 to start my lease in a few weeks. And I ask for the lease which I need. I’m told that they do not provide a lease. They will not provide a lease. Then they refuse to refund the full amount because I didnt cancel 30 days in advance. THEY NEVER PROVIDED THE LEASE THAT I PAID FOR It took forever to get responses from them and then their people were rude and condescending. Don’t tell me that I dont need a lease or that your license is all that is needed. You don’t know my business.
