EXCEED by Money Network

I’ve had this app since it came out and for the most part it has been good being able to check my money anytime anywhere! Ease of use,easy transfers, piggy bank is awesome ect… now the bad the apps sign in is always glitched difficult to sign in or just doesn’t work at all it’s fine day to day but when I’m about to make a important transaction and I need to know exactly how much I have in that moment it’s a huge headache!!! Seems like something that should have been fixed years ago!!! I bank with money network/pathward because my money has always been safe… just need to polish the edges!!!

i gave this three stars cuz i have used this app for years and most of it is smooth and up to date, however every time i go to sign in, it doesn’t let me. i have my face ID on and that doesn’t seem to work even though it used too and i’ve updated the face recognition several times. so now pretty much every time i have to sign in i have to type my long password in, and even then the actual sign in button doesn’t work, ill press it, it’ll load for a few seconds, then act as if i never pressed it. sometimes it takes half an hour just to get signed in. i have also called THREE times for customer service to fix this issue and they tell me the same thing. i update the app every time i see an update for it and i've deleted and redownload the app several times. i have done everything i could to fix this on my end. it’s time for you guys to fix the sign in page on your side please. not everyone can stand or sit around for half an hour just to access their card. i miss the old app you guys had for the EXCEED cards, i had no issues with it whatsoever.

I’ve been used this app since months, it was okay and notifying me about everything, it just happened since two months till now, I’m not satisfied with it and I will change my paying to a different bank! Why?!! Many reasons; let me share with you some! First, it doesn’t notify me about any bank transactions or any activities happening there! Notifications though it’s on for this app it doesn’t work. Second, I always log in hardly after it was very fast and easy. Third, it doesn’t show me activities section, it always says NO ACTIVITY! What does that mean! There was activities and transactions! So, I don’t know really how much I got paid and how much had been withdrawn! Fourth, even its physical care does not work properly specially at my workplace which it associates with! Fifth, even after all my attempts, the app works just that weird and I’m very concerned about my money there. Sixth, there is no way to block parties that I don’t want them to charge me! Finally, don’t waste money and time, and don’t use this app, card and bank because it will work for you for few weeks and then, you will see many problems and all of them are unresolved type!
