Do yourself a favor and just start with a trial session, you will not regret it. This app offers everything one needs in their fitness journey. Love love working out with all coaches but especially Puneet. The only thing missing in this app is non-veg recipes, hopefully they add it soon but this is not even a recipe app it’s a workout app, so that’s not a dealbreaker for me.

Paid for subscription, received email stating successful payment and a link to setup password. The link takes you to a non-existent page. Emailed support, no response, no phone number to reach them. Waste of money and time. Don’t fall into the same trap and regret. Update: They reached out to me and fixed the issue

I just finished the bootcamp series and I feel so much more active and energetic overall. I can definitely feel the muscle definition coming in. I'm planning to start with the Den series (gym plan) but the schedule has a 5x week workout plan. Because I'm starting over after an SI joint injury, I would like to start with 3x week but upper and lower curcuits do not include all the muscle group, thus forcing me figure it out on my own to pick from so many exercises. It would be helpful if there are schedules for 3x - 4x week workout plans.
