It’s really great stuff fr. The quality of the stuff is great. I’m gonna keep shopping with them. They just need to fix their shipping. If you pay for 1-3 shipping and you place the order during business hours they need to be getting it to you on time. Every time i order and pay the extra 15$, the package still doesn’t come for a week or longer. I think they need to add more disclosures or something for the post office and maybe it’ll keep them from keeping the packages so long. The mystery boxes are nice just don’t want any repeated items. Yea just fix the shipping. One box got lost with ups so i always pay for 1-3 day shipping with USPS. But it still takes forever.

I was very very hesitant and worried to try this company, I was pleasantly surprised and have recommended to countless friends! They have amazing costumer service. I placed my first order around Christmas time and a product sold out after I’d placed my order. I was contacted 1 day after the order placed and was offered two good solutions, I got a gift card the same value as the product. Shipping was a little slow, still within their given time frame, but it was the holidays and that’s expect! My second order came very quickly! For real, these people are kind, considerate, and will respond to you quickly!

You guys should bring the perk of unlocking free stuff depending on how much you spend from the website to the app as well. I would say app downloaders are just as deserving as website users when purchasing the products of that perk. I thought that “everythingFor420 dab pick tool” and “twisted pipes” was cool and the website said I would get them with my purchase for spending the amount that I was. But having a past with problems of shipping being hard to really look at through websites, I wanted to use the app for more secure purchase, but I lost the perk of unlocking free stuff with it, which doesn’t make sense imo. But I love the products and can’t wait for the other stuff!!!
