**If you’re trying to get from YUL to downtown just use a taxi for a flat rate** App worked to get a ride, and both driver and vehicle were great. But once you request a ride there’s nothing you can do. No way to cancel or communicate with driver unless they contact you. Price displayed also does not include various taxes and fees. I also got a notification from iOS that the app had been tracking my location for 3 days even though I hadn’t used it. Overall a good alternative when Uber is surge pricing but lots of room for improvement.
