It is hard to describe the level of professionalism, efficiency and values held by everyone at Santader. Anna G who works as the senior premium advisor helped me through every step, she did her best at explaining how to use the santader app, she was willing to wait for me because I had to get my new sim card, etc. You are highly appreciated Anna.

Santander bank has excellent customer service including Infolinia which works late hours and is always very helpful

I cannot find information on my accounts the way I used too before the bill pay things were changed back in February. Used to have a memo line at bottom of payment need it to put account number for some receipients, now I can’t find the mailing address for someone I’m paying now. I do not like the changes made.
