EPUB Viewer Pro

This provides an easy way to view and convert EPUB files to PDF files. It also works quite fast on my Mac mini. I can even send multiple EPUB books and it opens each book in its own window. A single click of the PDF button is about all you need to do. The conversion quality seems high. The file size does increase as a PDF file but I expected that given what I know about the formats. I could complain about the software not having more features but it does what I need it to and at a good price. Plus, the developer continues to release updates which is the most important feature of all in my opinion.

Let me tell you, I’ve seen a lot of apps, but ePub Viewer Pro is a game-changer. It’s the best thing there is for finally being able to view your ePubs, even if it’s manually one by one. It’s completely free, no strings attached, just amazing functionality. It’s smooth, it’s easy, and it just works. This app is a huge win for anyone who loves reading. Believe me, you won’t find anything better out there. Five stars, no question! Thanks, you have definitely made my life easier.

I wrote and posted a raving review with 5 stars a few days ago but now it's disappeared. Kinda like the functioning of this app. My initial impression was that the developer failed to inform new users how to access it's functions. Thus the two 1-Star reviews. I perservered and was able to access my ePub files with it and thus able to read them and produce PDF copies. I also appreciated that doing so involved seeing into folders that contain those ePub files. Some were greyed out - indicated that they were inaccessible. All the others (the vast maority) could be opened, read & converted. Prior to finding this app, much of what I found in the App store were apps with multitudes of features I did not need and as such, were priced accordingly. I did land on one that was faffordable, but it only did file conversions and at tthat, gawdawfully slow and then stopped working after a few days. But at some point with this app, the function of creating PDF's from my ePub files went dry. Now I can only read the files in this app's quite clunky method. Given it is easier to read ePubs with either Apple Books (which also accesses books I have in the cloud) or Calibre, relegates this app to the dustbin of history.
