eProfit - Sell on ebay with AI

I enjoyed this app since I purchased it. My only complaint is the photo quality of the pictures it takes. It looks so crisp on my iPhone but when I take the picture through the app, it is grainy almost and nowhere near as clear as a regular photo. And yes I use a light box so there shouldn’t be any difference. When I post to eBay things the app doesn’t identify, which is a lot, the pictures are perfect. I tried to open the App today to post more, and it wouldn’t open. Every time I clicked on it, it closed immediately before going into the app. I deleted the app and reinstalled it after restarting my phone, Same Thing! Can someone contact me and let me know what is going on with the app please. Putting 1 star hoping developers will see this. I will then change my star rating to 4, just due to the photo quality. Developers please contact me. I click on contact developer and it redirects me to a page, says will take a few seconds, then says page unavailable. Please help, I paid a lot for this app to help me list faster. Thanks!

This app is really helpful when listing some products on eBay. I have found the comps reliable and love that it rates how much they match up with my item. Some items like jewelry don’t easily match so that part could get better. No regrets purchasing the subscription just wish it had a few more pluses. There are a few downfalls. 1. You can’t share with family so for anyone (my husband) to be able to post also I need to give him my phone. Which defeats the purpose of him helping because then I can’t do what I need to do at the same time. 2. It doesn’t let me edit items in the listing such as shipping information or even items in the information section of the listing. It chooses and I can’t change it. 3. It doesn’t let you save the listing it only allows you to list it on eBay and then you must go into eBay to revise the active listing to correct the things that are wrong that couldn’t be changed in the app before posting to eBay. 4. It doesn’t let you store the information you are putting into it anywhere such as original cost, fees, shipping and then the selling price that it gives you showing the profit. So in order to really track your information of product revenue you need to input that same information into another app.

This app was great until 3 days ago. They added an intro screen and now the app is useless. It’s stuck on the intro screen with no way to get off it. Also there is no “Big Button” on the last page of the intro screen and no “Not Interested”. It’s too bad you couldn’t respond to my review. This was a good app, although not entirely accurate it was close enough. Now it’s useless. I have tried everything, closing the app, uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing works. I’m done trying. Update: Happen to open this app while trying to get rid of it and it’s working again!! Thanks for fixing the problem!! Now it’s a great app again.
