It is regulations and subsidizing for dependency that causes individuals wanting to help to be cautious. There are solutions through private partnerships to help the homeless and accountability offers success. Having volunteered and work with population for over 30 years with no state, county or federal funding I have witnessed amazing success and life changing dreams come true by being available to walk with women and children. Private models can change the landscape of the needs of those wanting help. Drugs and mental health needs are a serious issue for most all of the over 4,000 women we have offered services to over the years but someone needs to be their cheerleader. Keep your stories out in the public domain it help change the landscape or more will be “Leaving California “

I’ve been a subscriber to The Epoch Times newspapers for two years. I’ve kept all the “Opinion” sections plus the two complementary copies I got in 2020. My wife calls it “ my coloring paper” due to my using my yellow highlighter pens and, sometimes a pen, to highlight the stories main points with emphasis. I figure, and have for a very long time (many decades in fact) have done this highlighting for reference usage and passing on my books, magazines, newspapers, etc. to others for “good guidance” I call it. And, you ought to see my collection! I feel a lot like a publishing editor, more or less! The great thing about The Epoch Times is their truth reporting. To me, it’s a “safe media outlet” in print and visual media form that I feel at home with…call it “good guidance love” for survival in God’s Universe of purpose. Support Epoch Times! An ACTUAL news source that isn’t just peddling the Democrats propaganda. I lean more libertarian but I do find myself seeing more honest actors on the Right these days, though you would never hear that voice listening to CBS, NBC, ABC, or others… AND for Fox News they spurs on more contentious conversations… kind of the Rights version of MSNBC… The Epoch Times deliver a less contentious honest look at the news without spurring immediate indignation from the viewer. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the content. I really think that The Epoch Times will be riding the next cultural movement in America… a movement of people who seek Truth.. . And perhaps a return to honoring the wisdom found in past traditions.
