We really appreciate the digitisation efforts undertaken by the Punjab government. However the app is in need of some tweaking as the traffic challan module for Lahore electronic challans is not working. Basically the idea should be that if you enter the challan number in the app A PSID should be generated against which payment can be made. But as of now there is no option for the generation of a PSID rather you can check the history of a PSID paid which is counterproductive. Similarly for electronic e challans (camera based) the ticket id does not fetch any information on jazz cash or easypaisa. The information should be clearer as many motorists with outstanding challans want to pay but really cant due to this drawback. A clear tutorial should be on the website of ctplahore and psca as well as pitb. Thanks for the app, token tax worked perfect and paid in under 2 minutes via jazzcash
