Endel: Focus & Sleep Sounds

I have been struggling with my mental health for awhile now. I meditate often and it seems to be one of the only things to help me. I have a hard time finishing things, staying present in the moment, and maintaining a higher vibration. I open the app when I’m losing focus, or my energy is off and I’m no longer finding/or I’m losing my mental peace. I can only share my experience as it pertains to me; this app has helped me in ways that only a spiritual and therapeutic approach have worked. I open the app when I’m doing dishes, working out, while at work, etc. and it always pulls me back to the present. I accomplish the things that I start, and I do it gracefully(rather than rushing). To think a simple melody can change the trajectory or my moments is pretty crazy- but I’ve notice the world is a pretty crazy place... I’ve been using the apps free trial, and I’m not one to have many subscriptions-but I will be subscribing to this app monthly. I’m grateful for this app. I’m grateful for the peace in which it brings me and then energy within myself that it can help me to redirect. If you’re reading this, I hope you give it a genuine chance and I hope you gain something from within yourself by using it- above all, I hope we all heal.

**Update, it’s been fixed and it’s the best again. Thank you. ** I am sorry to have to write this review. I used to LOVE this app for mediation. It was perfect unguided harmony and perfection. Couldn’t get enough of it. All the soundscapes are perfect for work, focus, commute all of it. A recent update to the mediation sounds has driven me away and forced me to write this review and rate one sad star. The new sound scape has a rustling sound like crunching paper and or some sort of speak static. It’s so distracting and annoying. I can’t use it to mediate and if you know me, you would know how deeply I reply on this particular soundscape. I’ve emailed support and ask for help and for updates and all I’m told is they are working on it. It’s been weeks. I wish you never would have changed it, it provided so much bliss to me and essentially you’ve taken away a part of my wellbeing and peace of mind. I honestly ought to sue for emotional and mental anguish. I’m not kidding that’s how desperate I am to have this fixed. I hope this review finds the developers and I hope they fix this static issue. Right now I’m going to cancel the app, which I honestly hate to do, and go back to using what I had before. At least it remained consistent though isn’t as good as this used to be. Thanks for the good times we had though.
