Very helpful. Appreciate the way to turn off quotes/affirmations, and a way to turn on notifications. I wish there were a way to zoom out to see the labels of the larger wheel all at once. I know it would be hard to read. It may be that I just need to get used to it.
This is the wheel my therapist recommended so I was happy to find this app. Another good feature would be the ability to journal any of the broader emotions and not just the outer circle. It'd also be great if you could retroactively track some emotions. Otherwise I like this app and hope to keep using it!
This app is exactly what I was looking for! It’s easy to use, intuitive, and I like that it allows me to select more than one emotion at a time. My only request is the ability to zoom out so that I can see more of the wheel at one time. Thank you to the developer!
