hi a girl that work at emart kangar perlis store. We bought a pistachio ice cream yesterday. The ice cream that you do was small like your height. We wait 30minutes for a ice cream then you just only stand there，eyes to eyes with me. I dont know what you‘re thinking but i am speechless when i see you give me a very small ice cream and give a full cup of ice cream then said sorry with the boy that place order later than me. Pls be a quality worker . Your attitude reflects how poor emart’s training is.

I order the food from the app, but I was unable to tack my order, I waited more than 1 hour and my food still haven’t arrived then I check the app the status become the order rejected by outlet without any notification. So I ask the customer service through WhatsApp(via the live chat button in their app) but get 0 responses after 1 hour and I just wanted to know if my food was deliver or if rejected when can I get my money back. Disappointed.

I like how I can easily place order by searching the store by using the drop down menu and search bar. Yellow is my favourite colour so of course it’s ❤️❤️❤️ for the interface design!
