Elephant Insurance

I have been using your insurance for a year now, but I find it more expensive than other providers. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with your app or website, as both take a long time to load. It often takes 30 minutes or more just to access a page or open the app, which is extremely frustrating. Additionally, despite paying a higher premium compared to other insurers, the service quality is disappointingly poor. I kindly request you to address these issues as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to switch to another insurance provider.

Have registered but login page is completely blank so can’t use the app.

I have been using this app for a year or so. Please sort out the long loading times between pages and the difficult to use menus. Every time you press something it opens a new page and you can’t go back each step you have to start over. It makes something that should be simple ie adding a temp car take 20 mins which is mad. A lot of the time it come up that I have to get in contact with someone to do something, but then if you re load the app it lets you do it on the app??
