Reading reviews suggests that once you’ve registered it’s fine, only problem is as a first time user, it takes your card details charges you a dollar but at no point allows to set a password. But guess what? You can’t login without one! So you try “forgot password” and it says it will email you to reset, but that email never arrives! Been sitting here half an hour so far trying to register and have now given up and driving to somewhere that actually works. For a so called technology company, it’s unbelievable how bad their registration system is

Standing at the station, registered, charged a dollar to activate my account and told email would come to the. Click and create my password for the new account so I can actually start charging… 20 mins later still no email and can’t activate to charge. Useless. Sick of different apps for these various providers, stick with Chargefox or Evie.

I initially had the same issue as the other person at Maleny but once I verified my email I could then login :) The app could make this clearer as it’s not obvious.
