This app is difficult for no reason
Why is the app so difficult to use for no reason? I enter the otp and the app just shuts down. It doesn’t make any sense because it’s already been paid for and now I can’t even log in on my device of choice.

doesn’t work on IOS
I downloaded the app on my IPhone but the app won’t let me sign up ,I entered my number like I’m supposed to and then I received the OTP which is supposed to be valid for 30 min but when I entered the OTP in the app ,it said it was invalid 😣I tried it on my IPad too but still got the same problem

Doesn’t work at all
I downloaded the app onto my iOS device and it will not let me sign up. Once I type in my phone number and receive the OTP I then type it in and it says the OTP is invalid even though on the message it says it is valid for 30 minutes.
