This app is difficult for no reason
Why is the app so difficult to use for no reason? I enter the otp and the app just shuts down. It doesn’t make any sense because it’s already been paid for and now I can’t even log in on my device of choice.

Doesn’t work at all
I downloaded the app onto my iOS device and it will not let me sign up. Once I type in my phone number and receive the OTP I then type it in and it says the OTP is invalid even though on the message it says it is valid for 30 minutes.
