Who is going to open a banking app just to check prayer times for Salah? Instead of adding unnecessary features like this, focus on what users actually need. It would be much more useful to run campaigns or offer services related to Hajj and Umrah, which are far more relevant for an banking app.

Everything is just perfect. And made my life easier. Transfer to acc or bkash is just a stay home thing now! Just one issue is, sometimes when I transfer with sms, i get pin in message. I have to copy it from message. Sometimes when i click on the blank box where i need to give pin, the pin pop up! If the pin pop up, that’s actually more easier. Though biometrics are faster than any other method. Anyways, thanks to EBL.

I have been trying to sign up for this app for days, maybe even weeks, and the experience has been an absolute disaster. The E-KYC process—specifically the camera scanning and selfie verification—is completely broken and a massive roadblock for new users. I have followed every single instruction: perfect lighting, plain background, cleaned the lens, removed my glasses, blinked on command, but the app refuses to accept my selfie. I have genuinely tried this hundreds of times, easily totaling over a thousand attempts, and it keeps failing with generic error messages. It is infuriating to spend so much time fighting a simple registration process. If your core sign-up system is this unreliable, it destroys all confidence in the security and technical reliability of the entire banking app. This isn't just a minor bug; it's a fundamental failure of the user onboarding experience. EBL, you are actively driving away potential users. DO NOT DOWNLOAD until EBL fixes this critical camera scanning issue. I can't even get past the first hurdle to review the actual banking features!
