Easy Intermittent Fasting 16:8

I love this app. I’m using the free version and it’s great to just track your fast. I don’t understand the point of it being $10 a week. What exactly do you get for paying that much? That’s $40 a month and it sounds outrageous for an app that basically tracks your fast only.

Intermittent fasting itself is great, working so far. I’m struggling to understand why this app is getting + reviews after using, especially for $9.99 a week. Essentially it’s a timer that starts a 16 hour window & an 8 hour eating period. Doesn’t “track” meals like other free apps I’ve had, you just click boxes saying healthy meal, smiley face/frown, etc. No calories tracked, fat, etc. Also provides no direction around what to eat. If it were free I may still use, but I can just set timers & alarms on my iPhone that actually work better

I’ve tried three different fasting apps I’ve also tried fasting multiple times but get discouraged due to no inspiration or motivation. This app has both which the others did not.
