Dreamstime Companion

Aside from the “bad gateway” messages that periodically pop up on just the Dreamstime website, I prefer the browser experience so much more than the app. After installing the most recent app update, which cites “bug fixes,” I am now getting sales notifications two days after the fact. For the longest time before that (and I’d be surprised if it’s changed with the newest version), I would get sales notifications, my account balance would update, but the app wouldn’t show what sold if it was a video or audio file - only images. For me, the app serves no purpose other than to check my account balance.

I love using this APP and this website as it is so easy to use from your phone or computer and so convenient. The reviews are quick and have helped me to become a better photographer over the past several years that I have used this website. If you are a beginning photographer, I highly recommend this site as you launch your photographic journeys! Now on to more sales!

I’ve been using this app for several years now. They’ve come a long ways in those years with updates. It used to be pretty glitchy and would time out when I tried to upload more than several pics at a time. Those days are virtually gone. I do find from time to time there will be some unusual things but for the most part works great, is much faster than waiting on the desktop and this my image review times seem MUCH faster. It would be nice to eventually see more options on the app but they’re definitely getting there!!!
