I purchased Dior Sauvage, and the product I received is clearly not authentic. The fragrance does not last even one hour, which is completely unacceptable for an original Dior perfume. Moreover, the scent itself is noticeably different from the genuine version — including the one tested in Sephora. The quality is extremely poor, inconsistent with any luxury or premium standards. Considering the outrageously high price, this feels misleading and unacceptable. Selling a product of such low quality under a premium brand name seriously damages customer trust. I strongly regret this purchase and would not recommend buying fragrances here. This experience raises serious concerns about product authenticity and quality control.

I reset my password today and logged in on the website, but as it’s bugged (who would’ve guessed xddd) I downloaded the app and I cannot log in with the very same credentials XDDDD I keep getting „login failed”. I even changed the password once again, tested on website, got in, but the app persists on tilting me out of my mind with the „login failed” message. If a customer can’t even log in to their account, it kinda says all about the app. Don’t you have QA env to test for stuff like that?????

Please do something with your website, because the option “stay logged in” doesn’t work properly. The website automatically logs you out after 10-15 min of usage.
