Not a fan , I ordered something the app said the order didn’t go through to try again I did , this duplicated the order so I paid twice as well as twice next day delivery , to add insult to injury only one parcel turned up next day … the other a day later and to return it the unwanted second order I have to pay 1.99 … £9 wasted … and after all that the the items I ordered were absolute dish clothes . There was no way to cancel order , no customer service to speak too … customer service said via very slow message service to be patient and return items … I’d like a refund of next day charge as well as free returns but all I got was a rubbish answer lesson learnt all going back and NEVER AGAIN !

Terrible experience. Tried to order on 4 separate occasions. Firstly lost all my items at the checkout. Then on my second attempt it said payment had gone through, a moment later said the order hadn’t been put through and all my items disappeared yet again. 3rd attempt the payment said it had gone through and a moment later said try another card. I pressed put payment through again on the same card 10 seconds later and it finely worked. Now not sure if I’ve been charged 3 times. Very frustrating. Also wouldn’t let me pay for next day delivery, which was offered on the first attempt. I shop with Dorothy Perkins in store very often, so feel really disappointed. Hopefully it’s a quick delivery to make it for the bad online experience.

Since the new revamp to the app I am unable to log in, all it keeps saying is password expired and no matter how many times I rest the app doesn’t work. Online I can log in but not the app! It’s such a shame as I was a regular shopper off the app, it’s a pain doing it on line, I hope that this is fixed soon. Although no one seems to be taking any notice of the similar reviews left!
