First, I’d like to say that they said they would send a reminder notification that the free trial is about to end, and no notification came, so it charged me over $60 for a year subscription. But whatever, I was using the music to help focus and another app to block the apps. Since this one already charged me, I deleted the other app and used this one’s app blocking system. The app blocking is horrible and needs to be fixed. There are only specific apps I want to keep open, and if you select apps to stay open, for some reason it opens a bunch of other apps! Even social media! So it really defeats the purpose! Then after a couple of weeks using this app for the binaural sounds, I started to get bored of the same songs, and tried to see what other songs they have and they only have 18 sounds besides the 14 pure binaural sounds. To be opted into this app for a whole year and already bored of the songs after a couple weeks, and the app blocking doesn’t even work well, I’d say it was a waste of money and feels scammy. It has potential to be better, but it’s lacking.

I have tried so many of these apps but this is something special. I cut down my screen time by half, but it felt less like a punishment. I feel like I’ve actually grown, and just don’t have that same itch to reach for my phone that I used to…. Definitely recommending this to all mu friends and family that struggle the same way I used to - TRY IT!
