I had my mini printer for about a year and had no problems whatsoever. I use my printer for a lot of STEM related notes for my college courses, especially in science. Prints were clear and crisp as they could be with an easy print setup. I was about to print my pictures for my notes when I noticed that the print layout system was entirely changed. Rather than having the whole picture displayed to be ready to print, you have to PINCH IN AND OUT JUST TO GET YOUR PICTURE FITTED IN THE DISPLAY AREA. This was a pain to do since I cannot just get my picture to be in its original size and quality. What’s worse is that the print quality is AWFUL. The print comes out blurry and basically unreadable :/. Considering how costly these types of printers can be, now I have to replace my printer completely due to the app changes and not because my mini printer is broken. Literally have to get a new mini printer to have a better quality app that prints what I need clearly. Unsure why they changed the printing system layout, but it’s TERRIBLE.

The printer takes forever to connect to my phone every time I want to print something. I will not recommend it.

I just got this thing yesterday for my birthday and I connected it yesterday. They are easy but today when I try to print something, it’s not wanting to connect. I hate this thing giving it one star because of it I would give it stars.😡
