I’ve learned to live with the bugs inherent in the previous version, and the fact that one of my collars ALWAYS resets to one random setting I used once. This new UI was not ready for release. Please bring back the option to reset the counter on the home screen. Not only is the counter reset difficult to access, but now it does not work properly without actually turning the collar off and on again. Incredibly frustrating.

The collar is fantastic and has made a huge difference on our sanity. This app, on the other hand, is inexcusably bad. Bluetooth isn’t perfect, but it’s certainly more reliable than this app lets on. Despite being well within range, the app constantly disconnects from the collar. All of the incredible features and customizability (such as e-collar functionality) don’t matter if the collar is constantly disconnected. I love the device and the idea of the app, but the developers really need to fix the constant disconnections. I’d be happy to change my review if they do. For now, my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

The app is great when the collars actually stay connected. I have 2 that constantly disconnect for seemingly no reason (collars are fully charged and I’m standing right next to them). There’s no way to troubleshoot either when this happens. Just have to hope it randomly connects again. This makes the e-collar function basically useless since you can’t rely on the app.
