I talked to support yesterday. They think everything is working properly on their end but it doesn’t work as it did when I first installed the gate. Most everything you do on the app. You have to hit the refresh button. Out of 3 Apple phones, 2 only work by hitting the refresh button. The other doesn’t work when hitting refresh button. Something has changed since the gate was installed. I really need to be able to rely on app tell me if the gate is open.
This app could not be more basic or have less integrations… doesn’t work with Alexa, Google, HomeKit, Automations, etc… Can’t set times to automatically open and close. Pong has better graphics and sizes to different phone screen sizes better. If I could give it a negative rating, I would.
Well below amateur level.
