Dime is a great app overall—it’s easy to use and provides a lot of useful features. I’ve enjoyed using it and find it reliable for most tasks. However, the withdrawal process is quite difficult and takes too long. It would be much better if the app made this process faster and more straightforward. Despite this issue, the app is still worth using, and I hope the developers will address this in future updates.

UPDATED: turns out the app saved all information for you and I can continue the procedures the very next day I came back to the app. So that's smooth (but not flawless). The app also introduces dark mode which's rare for Thai fin. apps, I think it shows that dev and the team must have really put some thought in it. good job! I was amazed with such low ratings of this financial app that should have had high ones as a trusty app for financial transactions. Upon opening an account which the app guided you through processes and filling all the details on your ID, front and back, and that's when you're prompted that it wasn't on their operation hours! well, how about informing this before proceeding to all the steps? such a bad experiences ไม่แปลกใจเลยที่คะแนนรีวิวต่ำนะครับ
