I tried to register multiple times but didn’t go through. I really needed to fix some papers in Hungary but couldn’t do it!!!

The DÁP app, designed to read NFC chips in Hungarian IDs, unfortunately falls far short of expectations. Despite its promising concept, the execution leaves much to be desired. Scanning the photo is a frustrating process that barely works, and NFC reading seems like an impossible task, failing repeatedly. In an era when digital wallets and ID integrations are becoming the norm worldwide, this app feels like a missed opportunity for Hungary to join the ranks of digital pioneers. Instead, it’s a clunky, non-functional tool that wastes time and tests patience. Hungary 0 – Digital Wallets 1. Let’s hope future updates address these glaring issues, but for now, this app is an example of potential lost in poor execution.
