This app has become completely unstable. SIM verification fails every time with "Unable to process your request" and "RX failed," even though my network and other banking apps work fine. The problem is clearly your backend. Users cannot access or redeem their own money because the verification server keeps breaking. A digital currency app cannot fail at such a basic level. Fix this immediately . every time I uninstall installed

Its been so much time for launching this app but still such a worst app. Not able to redeem the money, not able to do any transactions, after reinstalling the app SIM VERIFICATION FAILED error is pop. Also shared snapshot for the same on mail id mentioned but still no response and no solutions by developer/ IT team. Even reviews are also bad by users. Employees are also facing the same issues for which there money is also stuck. Does anyone from organization give proper time period for longterm solutions to use this app????

Transactions either fail to process or get stuck indefinitely, leaving me in a lurch.3. **Emergency Situations**: During a recent emergency, the app completely failed to function, betraying my trust at a critical moment. This unreliability is unacceptable, especially when the app is supposed to provide quick and efficient service.4. **Broken Trust**: The trust that Kotak has built over the years is severely damaged due to the poor performance of this app. I expected a seamless experience but instead found myself grappling with technical issues and unresponsive customer support.5. **Overall Poor Performance**: Overall, the app is one of the worst I’ve encountered. It fails to deliver on its promises and provides a frustrating user experience.In conclusion, the Kotak Digital Rupee app needs significant improvements to restore user confidence and ensure reliable functionality. Until then, I would not recommend it to anyone.
