Im enjoying my unit so far, connectivity is great and im able to control all listed features from my phone. My only issue is im looking to integrate the appliance further into my smart home, and have used the provided "add to siri" option within the app. However nothing works when i try to use any of the shortcuts, the unit beeps so it is receiving the commands, but then never actually turns on. would love any kind of assistance on troubleshooting this

So, the app is pretty good overall. My biggest issue initially was some localization issues here and there, but quite useable. But the recent updates have removed all the best automation features. Before, it was possible to fine tune everything that a device or group of devices did when turned on or off with an automation. Right down to making sure that the display and sound was off when the unit powered on for the night. But all of that excellent fine tuning has been replaced by Scene, which doesn’t even allow you to schedule when the units turn on or off, much less any of the fine tuning of display, sound, or precision airflow. The Schedule feature for the individual units is the closest thing we have left, but it is lacking as well. It’s actually impossible to set midnight as a time to turn the units on or off. And you still can’t set the display and sound to be on or off in the Schedules or set precision airflow.

After reading all these reviews many 1 star many 5 star and looking at the developer info I've come to the conclusion that the developer has nothing to do with the product. The app is so conflicted and confusing. Connecting to the network is ridiculously difficult. When it is connected it just does random tasks. I just uninstalled and am going to try it again. I just read one that said after the latest update the app doesn't even work. Great. There is NO customer support. Anywhere. Through Della or the developers. The faqs are obviously written by the developers and have nothing to do with real world troubleshooting. I will say that this unit has an excellent cooling system. The fact that it doesn't have a real thermostat is a little setback but I'm home most of the day. If you're gone during the day you have to set schedules that are not consistent. Nor can you remove a schedule. Terrible app. Terrible development team. The remote? Same issues. You can't even set a schedule with the app. There is obviously no connection between the manufacturer and the app developer or this wouldn't be this terrible. Except that they are in the same country. Go figure.
