Impossibile scansionare il QR code
Buongiorno, mi risulta impossibile scansionare il QR code degli scontrini; entrando in Impostazioni nel mio IPhone 12 Pro Max e selezionando la app si nota la mancanza della voce “Fotocamera”. Fino a fine agosto non ho avuto alcun problema. Il device è aggiornato, la versione della vostra app è quella più recente. Già eliminata e riscaricata la app, problema si ripresenta.

Impossibile accedere da app!
Non riesco a capire per quale motivo non riesco ad accedere tramite app! Sono costretta ogni volta ad aprire una e-mail o Google e accedere da lì! Stessa e-mail, stessa password e niente! Mi dice “e-mail o password errata “ ma non è vero!! Ho provato a eliminare e reinstallare l’app, cambiare pass, registrarmi di nuovo ma NIENTE!! Non c’è verso!!
