I had to wait more than half an hour for the animation to be created. There’s a huge queue you have to wait in and you can only jump it by either watching an ad or paying $0.99.
App tells you what place you are in a queue (I was about #1600) and that there is a 45 minute wait to get my photo processed. You can of course pay money to jump the queue!
Firstly, when you upload a photo you have to wait around 20 mins or watch an ad to see it. But can only watch one app ever. Secondly it rotates the photo so that the gif created makes a creation of nightmares as your sideways face becomes a disfigured demon
