It froze a few times at the end of the sessions because so many people were using it at once. But it was very helpful throughout the event!
The app is generally easy to use and contains a lot of information. For such a large conference it’s hard to manage everything easily, and the app definitely helps. Minor critiques: buttons for maps and such falling below the sponsor logos makes it hard to find them. All events should be listed on the daily schedule (i.e. evening social events) as they are hard to locate under Event Info. Marriott spaces should include floor numbers. Overall map of Sheraton to Marriott walkway would help first time attendees navigate.
The app was useful for the conference I attended. It updated on events, made it easy to search for classes. I even contacted technical support for help and The service was fast and helpful. But the problem was the app was SLOW. Super SLOW. We had to do evaluations after EVERY class and the app took forever to go from one page to the next, sometimes having to restart several times. At first I believed it was the Wi-Fi but even after getting off Wi-Fi it was slow. Everyone was on different cellular networks having the same problem so I know it was the app. Even after getting home to finish up the evaluations it was still SLOW. So my main complaint is the app is SLOW.
